Lean Manufacturing @ Hical

This week, we kick-started our Lean Manufacturing program. Our good fortune is that our customer—a global leader from the US who is also a much-quoted practitioner of Lean Manufacturing—is our coach. The lead coach is an excellent sensei from their company. A large team from Hical is internalizing the knowledge. We have promised the customer that we will be eager students and ardent practioners—a promise we will keep. The knowledge we gain, we will use for all our customers.
